  THE PROS AND CONS OF OWNING A GREAT DANE There are pros and cons about owning a Great Dane.  One pro about owning a Great Dane is that they are very playful and they are a lot of fun. They will play tug of war with you. This is a challenge because they are very big and strong dogs, but it can be fun. They often need to walk because they have a lot of energy, but this can also be fun for the owner. Playing with them can tire them out and then you get a break because they will sleep. A con about owning a Great Dane is that they need a big space because they are so big. They also will need a lot of dog food because they will eat a lot because of their size. This can be expensive. They also need a lot of toys because they tear them up quite often unless they like the toy.   Great Danes are a great dog but I wouldn't recommend it being your first dog because they need a lot of care and attention.   The Smell of Cut Grass If you have ever cut grass or even been around fresh-cut grass then you have probably have smelled it.  The smell of cut grass in recent years has been identified as the plant’s way of signaling distress, but new research from scientists at Texas A & M says the aroma also summons beneficial insects to the rescue. The insects that eat the grass are called armyworms because they are huge worms that eat the grass. Many animals eat them such as birds and other insects. The armyworms have a distress signal that can be used when the grass gets cut by a lawnmower or by another type of harmful insect eating the grass blade. The signal is the armyworm's protection. The smell of cut grass can be both a distress signal or a way to call helpful insects.

  There are kids all over the world that love video games. In some colleges they use Minecraft but not for gaming but for coding, they also use it for engineering and designing. Not long ago they added Minecraft on Chromebooks so that schools don’t have to buy a different computer for that. There are pros and cons: when you game you can always upgrade your setup you can get a new console or a new controller. With a new controller, you can have a new button or a new colored controller.  There's a lot of choices for gaming chairs like a bean bag or a desk gaming chair. There's also the floor chair that's on the floor. The one used is the desktop gaming chair because it is comfortable. Games have come a long way from a Gameboy to a high tech computer.
